Booking: To reserve photography services, a signed contract and deposit are required. The details of booking, payment, and cancellation will be provided in a separate contract upon booking.
Payment: Full payment for services is due on or before the date outlined in the client contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via approved electronic payment methods as outlined in the invoice.
Deposits: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date. This retainer is applied toward the total balance and is non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by the photographer.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, notice must be provided as outlined in your signed contract. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred at the photographer’s discretion and subject to availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, videos, and content produced by Logan Ronan Photography are the intellectual property of Logan Ronan Photography and are protected by copyright laws.
By booking services, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Images may not be sold, altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Cooperation: To ensure the best possible results, clients are expected to cooperate fully during sessions and events. Delays, lack of cooperation, or restricted access to locations may impact final results.
Image Usage: Unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the session, clients grant Logan Ronan Photography permission to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide exceptional service, Logan Ronan Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or photography services.
In the unlikely event that digital files are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond control, liability is limited to the return of payments received for the specific service.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service rendered.
